We are pleased to announce our next meeting and holiday party will be at Calvary Chapel Church on December 14 at 7pm.
This is a great way to meet your officers (Board Members) for 2016.
Our short meeting will be followed by a pot luck dinner, so bring a dish and come hungry.
If anyone needs a ride, transportation can be provided. Call Joan at 366-8730.
We'll be having a gift exchange and encourage everyone to participate. Bring a wrapped gift of $10.00 or less.
The building for our meeting will be at the rear of the parking lot behind the sanctuary. Signs will be posted.

Our Easter egg hunt will be at a new location this year. Please note that we will be partnering with Faith Church, 12th Street and Geneva Road. Besides a morning of egg hunting, there will be bounce houses, crafts and a special presentation of the Easter Story for kids. We are pleased Faith Presbyterian Church is welcoming our neighborhood and look forward to making this a yearly event.

Kensington Park Civic Association Meeting
Meeting will take place in the portable building behind the church.
Special guest speakers include Kensington Park Resident, Jim Skinner, who will speak about citrus trees and Jane Grogg and Megan Lui, Sarasota County Neighborhood Services, who will update us on plans for the Aqua Utility site on 27th Parkway and Monica.

A family event which includes a game of golf, pizza, ice cream and a drink for $15. per person. If you decide to just do mini golf the charge will be $7. per person.

A Walk in the Celery Fields
Residents will carpool from the Calvary Chapel Parking Lot. After the walk join the group for breakfast at Perkins around 10:30am.

Community Yard Sale
This will take place Saturday, November 5th from 8:00-3:00. All homes in the neighborhood are welcome to participate. Signs will be put out by each entrance as well as an ad in the classified section of the Herald Tribune under Garage Sales. The ad will run Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We should anticipate more traffic on our streets than normal. Every neighbor who wishes to sell anything should be prepared to display what they have, have fun and make some…
